- Service – HolySheet, which turns Google Sheets into REST APIs.
- User – Anyone who accesses the Website or uses the Service.
- Account – A user account created via Google sign-in.
2. Accepting the terms
By using HolySheet, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookies Policy.
3. Use of the service
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when signing in and creating API keys
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
- Not share your API keys with unauthorized parties
- Not use the Service to store or transmit illegal, harmful, or infringing content
4. Your data
You retain ownership of the data in your Google Sheets. We access it only to provide the API functionality you request. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uptime. We may perform maintenance or temporarily restrict access when necessary. We are not liable for interruptions or data loss arising from third-party services (e.g. Google).
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (if any).
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or for operational reasons.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post changes on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
